And the "Nuclear Free Zone" which cost many builders/artisans to scrap their vans(no compensation) because they could no longer be driven into the Fourth Reich( Westminster primarily) thus causing more pollution (scrappage of perfectly good serviceable vehicles) and delivery/maintenance charges rocketing from any artisans who can be bothered to drive in to Central London.
Boris was not instrumental in that crazy scheme though. It was that crazy lefty loon Red Ken Livingstone!!

He's quite right. Streets are for vehicles and pedestrians to get from A to B. They should not be for the exclusive use of any particular group unless they are built for a specific purpose from the outset.

Personally, when I go shopping, which isn't very often, I prefer to shop without the fumes, noise and danger of cars and lorries competing for space.
