Labour HAVE to get rid the donkey from Shrek to stand a chance. The CONS have to get rid of Mr Jelly Spine, the cojones free Cammy . As for the LIMPS... sorry, who? Lab and CON must get new leaders NOW.
Bring on Boris!
I have confirmed several times on this site that Labour remain unelectable with that wonk in charge.
Conservative/UKIP coalition would be unbeatable.
The question asks for responses from resident lefties. I'm surprised by the respondents so far.
People should not resort to name calling on this site, no matter who they are.
just doing the arithmetic for Scotland, labour will lose abut 20-25 seats, they will be gained by the SNP. Any coalition deal will be done with the SNP and they won't do a deal with Labour because their voters put their bum on the seat to oust labour. Ladies and gentlemen, you heard it here first, on the latest evidence, I predict a Tory/SNP coalition! Interesting times indeed, it's going to be fun in May watching all the Labour Landslide luvvies crying into their organic goats milk mochachoccacoffeedodas!
I don't consider 'Leffties' or 'Right-Wingers' as name calling.
AOG, should that have read 'Conservative/UKIP coalition would be unbearable'
The deck of party political support in the UK is being reshuffled at the moment.

Labour is losing seats to the SNP.
Tories are losing voters to UKip.
Libdems support appears to be in meltdown.

No-one really knows how it'll end up until after the election.

Only if one possesses the left-wing ability to twist words.
Punning is a left-wing trait?!?
Well, I never......

Ludwig is entirely correct.

Attempting to predict any sort of election result, at the moment, is a completely fruitless exercise.
that story's been around a couple of days; but as nobody on either the left or the right has predicted a Labour landslide, your question doesn't make a lot of sense.
I genuinely thought that Labour were going to win 670 seats in 2015. Gutted now.
...; well, nobody but Jim, obviously...

Plenty have been predicting a labour comfortable win then.

Better jno?

Now, any comment no the post as opposing just taking me to tasks for my incorrect wording?
well, I commented on it from the Scottish point of view yesterday

As for Labour, I don't think they'll win, but I've never thought they'll win, I've been predicting a Tory or Tory-led government since before Miliband so I've got nothing to change.
Canary - I am usually called a 'resident leftie' - among other things!
/// your question doesn't make a lot of sense. ///

One always knows that when one gets these words from AB's 'sensible' person, your question makes a lot of sense, but they just do not know how to answer it.
Lord Feldman, Cameron’s tennis buddy, apparently called Tory grass-roots members, “mad swivel-eyed loons” and Cameron himself definitely called UKIP members, “fruitcakes, loonies and closet racists.”
If the coalition post-May 2015 is Conservative/UKIP, at least we the electorate won’t have to ask ourselves that perennial question, “Have the lunatics taken over the asylum?”
The answer, given these self-applied descriptions, will so obviously be, “Yes!”
