From all that I have read on this topic, I can't see that Andrew has anything to answer for at all. So I think to continue to hint at his involvement with paedophilia is unhelpful. There is a debate that needs to be had about paedophilia and its cover up by the Establishment, but this isn't it.

It appears that some of the alleged offences took place in the US. Current thinking is that the US is not in the UK.
