All our politicians are petrified of being labelled with an "ism", the anti western left wing has distilled fear of such labelling over time to the point that no politican or public figure dare utter anything that is not on the "approved list". In the end the people will revolt and this sort of thing is an indication that the public have seen enough.

Apparently these anti immigration rallies in Germany are counted by even larger rallies against them. If it is a struggle, then it looks like the racists will lose the struggle, because they are heavily outnumbered.

Forgive my naivety but how does anyone stop the Islamification of one's country. You can't kill or stop a religion. What would be proposed "krystalnacht" where all mosques are burnt and no more built?.The arrest of those trying to impose Sharia Law?.The banning of the import and sale of the Koran? To stop the religion you would have to cut off the serpent's head.
Please don't talk in riddles.The fact of the matter is that it is an anti-immigration issue however which way you wan't to disguise it. To stop the growth and takeover of your country by the adherents of that religion you have to stop those adherents from coming in and deport those who do not wish to conform to the host country's laws and culture. I have just stated precisely what I think most people are too scared to say. Now I sit back and wait to be called a nasty person and a racist again because I say it how I see it IMO.

The Muslim population of Dresden is 0.1%
Tells you all you need to know really.
In fact Pegida has done a "Britain First" trick: covering up the nastier side of right wing extremism by banning any unpleasantness and getting their skinheads to keep a low profile. And been more successful than the British at it. Once again, the Germans do it better :-)
