This has clearly been written from an unattributed security service source. As such it is very carefully written but lacks any clarity. Take this for example...

The paragraph is peppered with 'If', 'would', 'may have'. It is very lazy journalism. They do not know if she is on benefits, but publish figures anyway to demonise her. Even if she is on benefits, she is entitled under EU law and has done nothing wrong. If anything, she and her children are just guilty by association.

Yes it makes one cry when one reads that there are ex British servicemen who have to sleep rough because they are not classed a priority, although they have lived in a Islamic environment and now wish to live in a Western environment.
