The NHS had moved on and now it is being dragged back to the third world. People dying in ambulances or on stretchers for several hours because the NHS can't cope with EMERGENCY treatment.
What gives this bloke the impression he can just fall into a job when he enters this country.
If he has some job talent to offer, then, stay at home and earn enough to have his "life-saving" op done in the US .
