*** Thank you for that mccfluff, it all must have been so horrible for you, no one has the right to be so racial abusive, but it is also not just one way, so everyone should not be tarred by the same brush even if some need to be tarred and feathered with a very large brush.

sorry aog - i missed your answer i think we posted around the same time - i wasnt being rude just frustrated as i hadn't seen your answer, this was the third time of asking
but the question was really about the term *** and whether its offensive or not, you seemed to be stating that it was a shortened version of pakitani there acceptable and not offensive (this is my impression of your words not an exact quote) so my question to you was do you find it offensive
and i'm a bit confused by "not everyone should be tarred with the same brush" who is everyone and what do they have to do with what some ignorant idiots did or said to me?

Can you please explain this thing where you claim that people are demanding that words are actually removed from the English language, because that sounds like the kind of mental thing that I only hear on night buses - usually by the kind of person who runs around, brandishing a Cornish pasty, screaming "Stand back, it's about to go off!"

One tries to be understanding, but sometimes it falls on deaf ears it would seem, but I thought that I had addressed your concerns when I put "no one has the right to be so racially abusive. (that should have been racially abused by the way)
