if this man was not ill treated or injured, why did the police arrest an officer, apologize to the family.and admitted be to hospital ? call me cynical but no police force apologize unless they are very wrong,

I read he was peering into peoples homes & someone reported him. I bet he speak english. If he was hanging round my house I would call the police.

Actually I did a few days ago, when a young asian woke me at 4am screaming his fingers were cut off by gypsies. Turned out he was a mental patient who cut himself clambering thru barbed wire in my fields.

My chappie collapsed straight face down while I spoke to him at the door. Got up as thought nothing had happened. I think he was drugged. Our biker took him to hospital, coz the cops never arrived after my call. The cops took a statement at the hospital.

Cops have a hard time trying to keep us safe. Why didnt the man just respond, or his family come to his rescue? Surely he would have known to carry ID as a visitor to USA

I have seen a lot worse on the cop programmes here in UK, and for all we know he might have told them to F off.
