What "misuse of justice" happened today, when the Report was published ?
When the BBC and every other news Media in Britain report the conclusions of this long and thorough official enquiry at Stoke Mandeville, they are not going through a process of "trial by Media"
What would you rather have the Press do......ignore the publication of the Report ? Perhaps you would rather the Enquiry had never taken place, or it it had, that the Report should have been kept secret ?
The monster that was Savile may now be dead and thank God for that, but there are plenty of people left that could be brought to trial over his crimes at Stoke Mandeville. He got away with what he did because other people allowed him too, and these are the people that now need to answer for their actions.
I will answer your question......no...of course I don't think trial by Jury should be done away with. I have never suggested such a thing and I know of nobody else who does either.
