The Colombian government is thinking about surrendering to the terrorist FARC organisation.Seems to ring a bell somewhere in my head vis-à-vis Blair and Major surrendering to the Ulster terrorists.

Never mind the French and Italians who surrender at the sight of a white flag coming in their direction,now it seems as though the Brits and Columbians are doing the same thing.
