Those pay rates look quite low to me. Head teachers in big schools can earn over £100,000 pa, chief executives of county councils usually get paid over £200,000 pa, one of my ex-pupils (working in the city of London) gets over £400,000 pa, so (for such a major project) those pay rates appear far from excessive.
I wish I hadn't read that link, Yont. It's made me steam! What are they actually doing for their money? I can stand up and do a Power Point presentation. Has anything come from all their promotion and hype?
