Naomi....I mean that if he comes under these new rules that Mrs May wants to introduce, he may not be allowed to participate in the future.
Unless he steps over that previously mentioned mark, as a British citizen, there mat be little that we can do about his participation in these kinds of debates.
If you remember, there was much discussion about Griffin being invited onto "Any Questions", in 2009. There was an argument to be made both ways on that issue. But not long after his appearance, he lost his seat at Brussels and subsequently was kicked out of the BNP altogether.
The BNP is now struggling to continue to exist, with plummeting membership and uncertain finances. I would like to think that Griffins appearance on the Beeb had a large part to pay in his personal decline, and the general decline of the Party. Give a man like him enough rope and he will hang himself.
But I agree...he is ghastly.
