The poor with sky dishes & cell phones? Or those who dont speak the lingo? None are as poor as a homeless begging child in 3rd world, that is true poverty.
Do you suppose that if Labour had won, they'd be able to bring an end to poverty? I doubt it.

You seem to be saying that Britain is made up of the "super rich" and the downtrodden poor, Theland.

You are forgetting about the millions of hard working, tax paying middle classes who are not, a drain on society.

Why?

Because they did well at school, enabling them to be qualified for a decent job when they left. Didn't have loads of children whom they couldn't afford

we are selfish, we tut tut about food banks, maybe donate some food, but the majority of us on AB have food/heating/medication/friends. don't be expecting things to end soon :(
