I confess I've not noticed it. Could anyone give a recent example?

One particularly striking example, sandy, is that all vehicles in their programmes drive on the left side of the road.

Who could Cameron task to act as his Senator McCarthy and root out this secret red menace?
I should probably add a smiley to help the swivel eyed loons. :-)
Before the election, the detector vans around here were fitted up with Labour Party loud-hailers. (never thought to take a photo) ;-(
Minnie Driver, Laurie McMenemy, Steve Wright, Vin Diesel, David Van Day.

The list is pointless.
wonderful thread and a funny start to my day. Special mention for douglas and his "The list is pointless"
There was a good example when the Stalinists at the BBC put up 7 year old boy to ask George Osborne what 7x8 was?

Obviously a seasoned politician like Osborne side-swiped this very difficult question.

But such an ambush is typical of the anti-Tory guttersnipes working at the Beeb.
what is a detector van please Grand pops?

Still drinking bitter then.....
It was probably a mistake by the BBC to give Sajid Javed, the last Culture and Media Secretary, such an hard time. Javed is completely useless and has now been moved, but YouTube is full of his awkward interviews. This recent one from a few weeks ago, is a good example of the BBC biting the hand that feeds it.

Cameron still needs the BBC for their pro EU bias(paid for) so I don't think he'll be disbanding them till after the referendum. (if we have one)
" the Centre for Policy Studies have found. "
I stopped reading I am afraid after that

In the words of Mandy Rice-Davies ....
Gromit; I'm still working hard on your 7x8 question of 9:57, - nearly there!
'anotheoldgit' - Hardly a convincing argument of left wing bias!

A report in a right wing paper reporting on an article by the 'Centre for Policy Studies' - which even the Telegraph concede is a right-of-centre organisation.

And they have the cheek to publish it - Get real! Without the BBC this country would be very much worse off.

Rubbish. There is plenty of choice now and if someone really likes the BBC content then let them pay for it and not expect to be subsidized by others who dont want it.

Either that or my Virgin subscription should also be subsidised by the tax payer.
here's an independent, fact-based investigation into bias at the BBC

Full of evidence pointing to its right-wing bias. I don't expect a lot of people on this thread will bother to read it, though; I know they're busy, busy people and just don't have time to have their prejudices challenged.
The Head of BBC News and Current Affairs is not someone I would class as "left wing" nice man though he is.
I've mentioned it before but I'll say it here as well. For whatever reason I was listening to a phone-in on Radio Five. The first caller criticised the BBC for its blatant left-wing bias. The second caller was full of disgust at how much right-wing bias there obviously was at the BBC.
