sandyRoe, yes, it is …. well partly … but this lot don’t have have the millstone around their neck that they were previously burdened with – and don’t forget the last lot did have the problem of Eastern Europe being afforded unfettered access across our borders. Bit difficult to keep people out when you can't lock the door. Let's hope she's got a new key now.
Naomi - //If you look again you’ll see a question mark at the end of my … ‘question’. I’ve read your post – it doesn’t answer my question – hence the question. //

If you'd be kind enough to point me in the direction of where I can find the question that I failed to answer, I'll be happy to address it for you.
//So you'd let them all in? //

No.
Thank you.

A certain ABer has often said, when it has been suggested that we keep illegal immigrants out, that we are we are here simply because of the luck of being born here, so we do not own this land of ours.

Don't be coy, I am not 'a certain AB'er' - if you have a point to raise with me, then go ahead, but this farce where you continue to ignore me has gone on long enough.

Trying to catch up on past posts, I found this snippet from the ABer I referred to, apparently he is still preaching the same rhetoric.

In his own words

/// I do not believe that any of us who, by a fortunate accident of birth, are born in this country, have a right to assume 'ownership' of it, and to deny others with the same rights as them the use of those rights. ///

Yet recently he has stated that he would not let the Mediterranean boat people in.
I am not 'the AB'er you referred to either AOG - please either behave with the maturity commensurate with your age, or leave me out of your debating points.

Yet more trying to swarm into the UK.

/// SNP former leader Alex Salmond called on the Government to accept the EU quota and take an extra 60,000 asylum seekers a year. ///

Okay let Scotland take the lot, after all there are plenty of islands around Scotland to accommodate them.

As I've said, AOG, it is an invasion. And all the EU authorities seem intent on doing is "distributing" the invaders (fairly, of course) across the continent.
