He has not been to trial yet.
Do you suggest he does not have one?
Whoever murdered him a grandad was still murdered in a road rage incident.
I am betting there is more to it than road rage.
They had a crash.
still doesn't mean it was road rage pure and simple.
That's just what was reported on the news.
and I wonder how they know?

i said these young guys not specifically this guy but young guys in general
not thinking
I was a young guy in general once. I'd like to think I knew and understood consequences.

But I suspect many acts are done in the heat of anger/passion/whatever. Unless plotting something, one rarely sticks there working out the combinations before acting at a sudden situation.

My thoughts are how on Earth the situation escalated so out of control ? What could an elderly man have said or done to trigger the murder ? And I suspect nothing. The lack of control must be down to the perpetrator not having much/any control to start with.
This made me laugh the other day....

Ivor, I know very little about it, as I suspect, most of us don't.
I don't think that thinking of consequences plays any part.
I have not the slightest idea if the perpetrator will lose his freedom for many years. For that to happen there has to be a conviction.
Is there evidence to convict? We have no idea. It has not been tested in a court.
Let us not be too hasty in the rush to judgement.
we are of course reflecting on the murderer ( put in a jail, finger nails ripped out, no food or adulterated food and so on - free offers in a jail now )

and not on the arrested man who has not been charged yet

I say "Sir" a lot now
to head off confronation
A man was stabbed and died. There are no ifs and buts about that.

yes ummm but .... there are ifs and buts about whether the arrested man is the culprit - coz he hasnt been charged not tried yet innit ?

I also read earlier, that the guy who was murdered, had crashed into the back of a classic car owned by the scumbag who killed him......i have a wheel jack and a few cleaning things in my car, but I dont have a knfe !
hmm Baz .... would be significant for intent ....or he might be a surgeon.....

[sorry flippant remark amidst a tragedy]
