Oops - that should be - as well as his hair cut!
Did he mean it, or was he just doing the controversial shock jock approach?
That's what I thought, hopkirk.
and there was me thinking it was going to be a story about Corbyn....
he doesn't need to modernise his opinion. it's just his opinion after all. I just wish the BBC wouldn't pay him to share it
Many of us who were born before the 50's still have that opinion......................me for one.
I cannot see any justification for breastfeeding in public.
Here come the Nagasaki mob - the world changed in 1945 and continues to do so.

and there was me thinking it was going to be a story about Mikey....

;o)
Ve cannot allow people to have the wrong opinions, can we. Off to the gulag with him for retraining. And take that Sqad as well, while you're at it.
I can just imagine Mikey breast-feeding - eating a Jelbert's Cornish ice-cream wafer layered with the clotted, as he feeds the wee one. The mind boggles, Balders.

Nice idea, but all I was thinking of was,

"Man Stuck In 1950's Alert!"
He was obviously bottle fed-poor chap.
I don't remember much fuss about breast feeding being made in the /50s. Women just got on with it discreetly .It was only when boobs became more associated with sex that a lot of people nowadays seem to get embarrassed and uneasy with seeing a mother breast feeding.
I can stand on the table and pee into a bucket. Just because I can doesn't mean feel the need to do it.
Is the bucket also on the table?
So, Sqad, you'd rather listen to a baby scream to be fed?
An online petition banning him from the radio for having bad 1970s hair might be more successful.

These days I listen to streamed radio channels that have done away with potential child molestor jocks prattle between songs .
The bloke is clearly behind the times - I'm sure March was 'National Outrage Against Public Breastfeeding' month.
Having just clicked on the link I think it's hilarious, especially his remarks about women with moustaches and wearing hessian. More power to his elbow. Clearly many respondents have recently had a sense of humour by-pass.
The thing with breastfeeding is you never know, unless you express, how much they are actually having so you never know when they'll need feeding again.

Breast is best and all that but being housebound because of silly men is not good.

If people don't like it then they should divert their eyes!
