Freedom of speech has already been curtailed in this country, except for those who wish us harm and have actually done us harm, something that the EDL or any other recent far-right group cannot be accused of.

It is little wonder that the police didn't arrest the organisers under the Section 29B of the The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006

I made it quite clear ....to allow somebody that we know will be making a hate speech that could result in another Hebdo incident is asking for trouble.

How would you feel if we had a couple of dozen innocent people murdered just to make a point about Free Speech ? 10-20 people dead, verses free speech from a racist ? Not much of a bargain is it ?

If Wilders wants to make hate speeches, let him ake them in his own country, and not to our lives at risk.

I think this brings us into the age-old, and oft-quoted (not least by me!) phrase about free speech not allowing falsely to shout 'Fire!' in a crowded theatre.

Free speech is an essential aspect of a free society, but it carries responsibility, and deliberately inflaming racial intolerance is not an appropriate use of free speech.

No you actually said "Like only a small minority of Christians would kill abortion clinic workers".

8 people shot dead in 16 years, and that was in the USA.

Compare that to the number of Homosexuals that Muslims must have have killed?

This makes for very interesting reading for those that think only a very few Muslims have a thing about homosexuals.
