Coriander - The Marmite Herb?
Coriander has overtaken Basil, Thyme and Mint as Britain's favourite herb. I love it and so must many others, but I am surprised that many people hate it. For that reason people have begun to call it the Marmite herb. (I also love Marmite).

Even so the flavour was subtle, (most herbs seem to be) but I understand why some claim it has a soapy taste. It has an element of that, vaguely detectable. Not that one would notice unless it was pointed out and one looked for it. Too subtle to lead one to avoid its use though.
