Let's ignore the more outlandish notion, that the film is promoting 'white genocide' (I assume this was posted by someone who's parents didn't space out his vaccinations enough when he was a child). Surely after actors such as Denzil Washington, Idris Elba, Morgan Freeman, Viola David and David Oyelowo prominently featuring in major Hollywood productions, John Boyega's inclusion in the cast of the new Star Wars film shouldn't even cause a blip on the offence-meter???

What gives?

I think it is simply something else to bolster the hype for this film.

Excellent as I am sure it will be - it hardly needs the publicity being afforded to Neanderthals who think and write like this.

To be fair...I would be surprised if Lucasfilm or any of it's associates needs to drum up interest in Star Wars Episode VII.

The film is going to be massive no matter what.

I've just checked Youtube and the three trailers have been watched 160 million times.

I must confess I have always thought that films of this genre are made to stimulate the small minds of the US.I am sure that some adults still believe in Dan Dare,Captain Marvel ,Spiderman over in the US. It demeans the intellect of their own citizens.
War of the Worlds caused panic on the radio. The Americans ran to the Subway convinced they were under attack.
Young GIs portrayed reading comics,google eyed, in serious films about war (The Big Red One)
Very sad grown men can get uptight about a fantasy kids film and the so called issues that surround it.
God forbid they discover Pinky and Perky are practising Muslims. Mass Suttee would ensue no doubt.. This nonsense wouldn't warrant a mention in John Craven's Newsround let alone the AB news section.
