Also following on from what I said 21:29 last night. Now the truly dreadful Erdogan has forced his way back into control of Turkey by silencing all opposition, and with Merkel having lost her mind, there will be ever increasing pressure for Turkey to gain access to the EU.
Glance at the map and you will see that Turkey's borders are with Syria, Iraq, Iran, (along with Lebanon and Georgia). You should ask yourself if you want these countries as your border. If you are comfortable with that, then you should vote to stay in the madhouse.
As Helmut Kohl said many years ago, " When I went to school, Turkey was not in Europe". Neither should it ever be IMO.

Nigel may have many talents, but physically moving the UK away from the mainland borders of Europe is surely not one of them.
Is Britain leaves the EU it will still be an island off the NW coast of mainland Europe, still a member of the EEA (like Norway, are we allowed to mention Norway?) and still, like Norway (ooh, did it again) subject to immigration on a large scale.
Anyway, sounds like Nigel has a career as a DJ when all this is over (it won;t be soon)
Seriously, I don't dislike him at all. There are worse people on the radio by far

@AOG
and the eussr will go the same way not if but when !...pretty much the same for all empires one way or another.
the eussr would love to see our military remove its allegance to our soveriegn which is something they really cant cope with as it goes against everything they stand for, they cant abide nation states that have a soverign leader and the relationship we do with our Queen.
They need obedience sworn to them not a queen and they wont rest until they get it one way or another....how else can they dictate and supress us and make us live by their rules and dogma blah blah etc etc

"Also LBC is not a music station LEADING BRITAIN'S CONVERSATION, so it has no use of 'DISC JOCKEYS' that you refer to. "
Well, that's me told :-) But seriously, I did tune in for 5 minutes last night and his voice was sooo reassuring, so calming. I felt like Syria and Turkey and awful places like that might be on another planet.
