Has the US already started to implement Donald Trump's suggestions or is there more to this than Mohammad Tariq Mahmood is telling us?

My post was an observation - that speculation is unhelpful, it does not 'instruct' anyone not to speculate, it is merely an opinion.

Adolf Hitler, didn't operate under the Christian faith, and your assumption (and that is all it is) that there are only a small number of 'peaceful Muslims' is like saying that only a very small minority of the German people were behind Hitler and his Nazi party.

Which turns your usage of the word 'SPECULATION' into 'A QUESTION'

Had I made a speculation, I would have put "Obviously the US has already started to implement Donald Trump's suggestions"

2. You sound very confused as to what 'speculation' is. A good definition is 'the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence'. Your speculation that Trump's suggestions were being implemented seem to fit the definition perfectly.

I am with Mamy here. Until the Yanks tell us why they have refused to allow this family to go on holiday to Florida, we shall have wait and see. But my best guess st the moment is that they made a mistake and mixed up some names on a list.

I think its rotten to not refund the groups money, thus allowing them to book another holiday.

Heard it on R2. Does sound a bit crap for them, to be honest - especially as they are currently £9,000 out of pocket and there is no indication of when it will be paid back, or by whom.

An interesting titbit of context was that it was the day after all the schools in California were shut because of a terror hoax, and the family were flying to California.

This is almost certainly nothing to do with Trump. It's too specific. Trump wanted to ban all Muslims, not simply one family. But BECAUSE Trump said what he did, this is national news - otherwise it would hardly have rated a mention.
