/// Robinson has always maintained that he will lead a silent demo. Nothing wrong with that but what they represent will be too much for many. ///
Maybe, but that doesn't give them the right to violently oppose a legitimate demo.
If violence does break out it will not be of the silent demonstrators doing and I hope that the full force of the law comes down heavily on the Far Left Groups or even the Muslims, but we can but dream.
After all we do live in a free country, don't we?

///We don't want any confrontation. There will be no alcohol allowed, no masks allowed and no racists allowed. If there are opposition rallies, we don't want to go near them. We just want to walk peacefully through the streets. Why have these Birmingham councillors got a problem with that?///
Let's just wait and see what happens shall we?

If Mr Robinson and his crew keep their promise, keep silent and follow the proscribed route and do not deviate there hopefully will be no trouble.
If it kicks off then we will know who the protagonists are won't we.
If the route is relatively benign then technically the march would go by without notice if promises are kept! Robinson knows he is on probation and eyes are especially on him as he has announced he want's to clean up his act and the reputation he carried with him. We will see if freedom to march will pass of without disorder but it would appear that certain left wing factions are encouraged to disrupt this right according to mushroom's link

/// We do indeed, and that freedom applies to those that are going to march and also to those that may oppose.....freedom works both ways ! ///
No you have a false impression of freedom.
This group of protesters have been given the freedom of expression by the authorities, and if certain other groups choose to go along to purposely curtail this freedom, then they are the ones who are at fault.
