Now that Boris has finally nailed his colours to the mast , I believe that if he is not on the winning side ; then he will have lost any chance of leading the tory party and therefore any chance of becoming PM , as is his ambition.

Cameron would have to step down ( although he has stated that he would not be seeking a further term as PM ) if the vote went against him - and also his side kick Osborne , chances of taking over the reins would considerably be lessened .

This is high stakes poker for Boris , Cameron & Osborne .

I believe that the public will vote to remain in the EU , because most folk are wary and apprehensive of the unknown ; therefore Boris will be shot down in flames

Do you agree with my opinion or not ?

I don't think that the result of the referendum is that clear cut.
No.
The bookies do OG, 4-1 ON for staying in.....

This was the view of his Dad, Stan, this morning, Bazile, in that he has shot his bolt - Stan is, of course, pro EU heading up the campaign 'Environmentalists in Europe.'
Boris's Dad thinks the same Bazile !

One, so far then
No. If he is not on the winning side (and I hope he will be) he will have gained kudos from the ones in the Tory party who want to leave. He will be accepted as the 'gallant loser' by the rest of the party. This whole thing is a win/win situation for him.

(I hope the British public has more guts than you think Bazile.)
Got 33-1 on 65-70% yes this morning with Ladbrokes. £5 note and they are looking into a quote for Bloomberg as President of the USA.....
Knowing Boris, he may will yet switch back .....

Where?
out I say !! out !
It's high stakes alright but I don't think the public are so timid as to fear the "unknown". I think Bojo could just sway the outcome. It's not clear at all what the overall view of the public is and both sides will be digging up all manor of horrors. Going to be interesting, I'm loving it already. Remember May? a hung parliament was a certainty was it not? Months of lobbing missiles at each other to go. Both sides have fire power, lets see shall we.
Indeed, TTT, we shall hope that Britons are still courageous Britons. It will be a roller-coaster and the 'fear' card is the 'in' campaign's strongest point.
Exactly, Jourdain. As Hilaire Belloc wrote:

"...and always keep a hold of nurse
For fear of finding something worse".
I cant find 1/4 anywhere, The worst odds I've found are 4/11 to stay in which is 1/2.75. Your bookie is a bigger robber than most there DT.
Ladbrokes are going 12/1 for 65%/70% remain in vote on my odds checker.
4 to one on quoted yesterday.....it has shortened to 4-9 now, Ladbrokes when I looked at it about an hour ago. I got my spread quote at about 9.15 this morning......
In has been an unmitigated disaster
Well the odds have closed now DT. Barely getting 2/1 for out. Boris effect?
How patriotic! Not a sanguineous football match
In spite of the personna he tries to put across of being a bumbling idiot, he's actually a highly intelligent bloke.

I agree with your analysis Bazile about it being high risk, which makes me think Boris knows something we all don't (yet). He wouldn't take such a risk with his future otherwise. So expect something to emerge (either fact or propaganda) to swing the public behind the OUT vote.
