Probably.
They have admitted manslaughter. The girls seem to be demonstrating they are none too bright. I would not be surprised if they are acqiuitted of murder.

as a matter of law ( ooman rights etc etc oo made dese lors, oh lor' ! ? yeah yeah n all that ) the prosecution has to show that the accused knew that the events would lead to deff....

lots and lots of cases in capital crimes ( wot dey den ? ) that " should have known or probably knew " would suffice

yes but the judge does the sentencing and if that silly Lady the other week is anything to go they get suspenders.

Sometimes it doesn't matter what the cause or defence is. If you aren't safe to be in society you should be put away to safeguard society.
