However it is odd that when a Labour MP transgresses it is somehow 'missed' on AB!

No error, it was straight fraud and he should go to prison.

He claimed for his kids living in his London house, except school registers show they were in Rochdale at the time.

On being caught, his contemptuous excuse was

In other words, he interpreted ccassional visits by his childred as routinely living with him. If such a blatant fraud was committed by a member of the public, they would be jailed.

What amazed me about this story is the allowances MPs receive for having kids.

the details are not that 'juicy'

Danczuk's wife was abused from which he has now split I think
and he became the hammer of the historical child abusers

and now he has been found with his hand in the till

He said that the claim was completely straight in that he had claimed for his 2 children because they MAY stay with him. well really we cant do that but Sir Ian Kennedy rubber hammer of the MPs ummed and ahhed for a year or so ....
