The average Joe is entitled to state their opinion, in places such as here, because they don't have more influence than another poster arguing a different viewpoint. That's part of a debate. Although even then those outside the UK should be careful since the same, 'not your concern', accusation could be levelled at them; depending on what was written....
He shouldn't 'dabble' in British politics. Simple answer for you, because he cannot speak just as an individual. He's also threatening us over trade deals - just after meandering on about the 'special relationship' - which he would obviously, happily drop.

I get the impression that a lot of American citizens( being PC here) wish he never got to dabble with their politics either. US health model??? Gun control (lack of) etc.Mind you the NRA in America really rule the roost it seems in the US. :-)
Maybe that's where Boris should go, post June, to head up the NRA - having shot himself in his goolies politically, Micky Gove to join him as Deputy Sheriff?

Big advantage to have dual Nationality when you come through Customs/Immigration at Heathrow/Gatwick. Whilst I queue for hours with my family to show my EU passport to enter my own freakin country with the rest of Europe my sister can just toss up her Canadian passport and get to my house to cook me supper by the time I join her 4 hours later.
