A United States citizen has far more reasons to be anti the British Empire than a Kenyan. Following Boris' flawed logic, Mr Johnson should be anti Britishbecause he has American citizenship.
Does the fact that Boris was born in the United States have any bearing on his views on Brexit? He is either wrong or an hypocrit.

Obama was born in the US but had dual US and British citizenship. Exactly the same as Boris Johnson.
Ît is stupid to suggest that the dual citizenship conflicts Obama.
Johnson had exactly the same dual citizenship, but apparently he suffers no similar conflict.
We can probably file this in the huge box with Boris' Gaffes written on the side.

DWR, is political campaigning or policy-making that uses coded words and themes to appeal to conscious or subconscious racist concepts and frames.
It’s pure political theatre to push buttons to win elections and policies.

Technically yes, but in fact Barrack Obama was born to a Kenyan national and a white American mother, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Boris Johnson was born to two British nationals while they were living in New York city.

It's amazing how hypocritical people can be. They want to leave the EU because they think it's preferable to run themselves on principle, apparently, but some of such people are still OK with the idea of us running Africa, rather than Africans having their own freedom to rule, however it has turned out.
The parallels aren't exact, of course; they are worse. We chose to join the EU (or the EEC as it then was). The Africans didn't have much choice, historically, when we conquered them by military force.
