I just knew Gorgeous George would surface in this controversy. I mentioned it on another recent thread. Another anti-semite and terrorist appeaser. I predicted that Red Ken would unite with unite should the talk of his expulsion come to fruition.

'unite with Respect'
yes, looks like Blairites (eg Mann) fighting back against the man who had a clear win in the leadership vote. Thanks heavens the Tories are united!

I'm surprised to find myself agreeing with Galloway. But I imagine a lot of Brexiters are too.
unfortunately i dont think jezza realises hed be better off offloading both of these scumbags...not that it would make an awful lot of difference to him clinging on to power, but i suppose one terrorist lover is better than three...
Wait until this weeks Assembly election result in Wales. When Labour get panned, Corbyn is dead man walking, he has already been dissuaded from a planned visit yesterday, for fear of making matters worse, by the Welsh labour party. UKIP will gain big time. All the people who voted Conservative in the General election, mainly to keep Milliband out, have no such tactical reason in this vote to ignore UKIP.
I think they voted con to keep Laboir out, not just milliband. I did.
He is able to make such a claim because the reaction to Ken's naive statement has been so over the top and prolonged. I've not studied the boring incident but I'd suspect most feigned outrage is likely to be from outside the Labour party, as they have the most to win from chucking the muck at the fan.
On the contrary OG. The cons need to keep Corbyn as leader as Labour have zero chance of winning an election with him in charge.
OG
// but I'd suspect most feigned outrage is likely to be from outside the Labour party, //

You must of missed John Mann's (Labour) outrage at the BBC steps with the Red. I don't think it was feigned. Cringeworthy.
Correct Zacs. It will be labour supporters in Wales who go ukip, mainly because they could not bring themselves to vote cons., but do not want labour as it is.
A coup is not possible because Corbyn got a huge majority in the September leadership election.

But the anti semitism row is just this weeks bone for Labour's Parliamentary MPs to scrap over. They are mainly Blairites who have seen the party through two general election defeats, but who will not accept the result of the leadership contest.

They deserve oblivion in the polls,r at the selection process.
A coup in disguise? No just taking the opportunity that they must have known would surface at some point, and with Corbyn unable to make any decisive move until far too late he has played into their hands.

Anyone see him being approached by Sky News this morning. Talk about cringeworthy, does this man really think he could take a seat on the world stage? He simply is not up to the job.
// UKIP will gain big time. [in the Welsh Assembly Election] //

They might get some more votes, but they will not gain many (if any seats).
We always hear predictions of UKIPs forthcoming breakthpughs, and they alway end in a damp squib.
This time next year, Rodney.

It was always going to be difficult having a leader supporting Hamas and a Chancellor supporting the IRA! Noo Layba must seem a distant dream these days!
Now you mention it I did catch that display by John Mann, on the TV. I hadn't realised who he was, I'd just assumed it was someone with mental issues.

But it adds weight to George's claim. However I still reckon the Tory party benefits most from a row between some Labour party members and others taking to opportunity to have a go.
Tora,
New Labour lost the last two General Elections. It had its time, but that is not now. To most genuine Labour supporters, New Labour was an embarrasment, and Blair stole their party and made it Tory. In September, the members seized it back, but that left sitting MPs in the wrong party. The party had changed, but they hadn't. The adjustment will be long and painful, and there may be bodies ahead, hopefully Mann and Danczuk will be the first.
Question Author
you mean anti British, pro terrorist, anti semite is the "real" Labour Gromit? fair enough!
Old Geezer,
John Mann is a staunch Blairite, and is Chairman of the All Party antisemitism group. The confrontation with Livingstone was a perfect storm for him.
