If i heard him correctly ( i wasn't listening intently )he said he is 'voting to leave in order to stay in '

Something like - if the UK votes to leave then the EU will grant certain concessions , which would be put to the vote again .

Did anyone else hear the interview ?

I didn't hear the interview - but that sounds like a dodgy strategy to me.
Did n't hear that exactly, caughtt part where he said he would rather be in but not the way it is run now, so we have to vote out in order to bring change.
Ah yes, Theo Paphitis, born in Cyprus.

Me too. But I think if we vote out, even if only by 50.1% to 49.9%, there will be no way we won't press on with it. The way for Theo to get what he wants is for the remain campaign to win by a tiny margin, so tiny that there's good reason to have another vote say in 2019 ... giving the EU three years to put some proper reforms in place.
Ellipsis. When Cameron went to the Eu with proposals for change the Eu hierarchy said they might not be bound by any changes he managed to get.
I didn't see/hear the interview but the tactic is a known one. There are precedents regarding offering bribes to re-vote and change the result. The problem is that a) it's not guaranteed and b) there is minus infinity chance there would be sufficient concessions to make remaining worthwhile. The existing debacle needs to go and make way for a better system which accepts the sovereignty of each nation and has no desire for all become one.
In other words OG back to the European Economic Community..I couldn't agree more.
