If someone came knocking your door and your neighbour TOLD you that you had to take them in, would you do that? Then a few weeks later another 10 people came and again, your neighbour TOLD you that you had to take then in, would you? ............ This is what is happening to this country, we are told we must take thousands, if not millions of people into our already overcrowded island. Sorry we are full, no more please. It is time to vote OUT on Thursday.

People still believe our silky tongued snake oil Pedlar. He has no care for the future of the UK. Once he has done his dirty work for the EU and sailed us down the river I bet he resigns and settles down to his new trough with the rest of the lying corrupt European shysters. He isn't qualified for anything else. He cant lead on his own and has to be dictated to by...

I have not changed my mind. My mind was made up to support 'Remain' before a referendum was even proposed.
But, there was a 4% jump in those intending to vote 'Remain' when asked by polls the day after Jo Cox was murdered.
(That figure was from the EU hating Daily Mail, who have now decided to back 'Remain')
Are there really people who are soppy and sentimental enough to use their vote ‘in memory’ of someone they never knew, and had probably never heard of until last Thursday?
Tragic as it was, in a few months time people will be struggling to remember her name.
^^ Apparently yes there are, many thousands of them!
Eddie, //(That figure was from the EU hating Daily Mail, who have now decided to back 'Remain') //

You mean that newspaper that nobody believes at any other time. Right.
Personally, I don't agree with importing peasants to do the jobs that British people won't do. (for nothing) I think the wages should rise until they make the job attractive as happened for hundreds of years. Yes, I know you might have to pay a bit extra but not all crops are labour intensive.
But if you really can't bear to pay 2p extra for your asparagus tips we could always reopen* the SAWS. (Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme) whereby we imported people specifically to help with agricultural work on short-term contracts but didn't give them the right to settle here.
*It was only shut down when Romanians were given the right to come here(2014) and was deemed no longer necessary.
> If it's true that some people are suddenly willing to risk the future of this country in memory of the victim of a crime, then they are brainless.

I doubt many have switched from Leave to Remain. The key point is the Undecideds. Jo Cox lived a quite amazing life and was probably a better human being than most - especially politicians? If the Undecideds are supposed to listen to more from politicians like Cameron, Osborne, Corbyn, Johnson, Gove and Farage to make up their minds, after all they've heard already, then why not take note of an inspiring MP like Jo Cox? And it seems that some have.
In what way was she 'inspirational'?
She seemed to care a lot about Palestinians and Syrian Islamists. Wouldn't inspire me.
Are you undecided then Svejk?
Svejk the poor woman's own family are not happy with her death being used as a tool by the Remainians. They won't care though
You're the one who said she was amazing and inspirational.
I'm saying she wasn't amazing and didn't inspire me.
I'm just explaining where the 4% came from ... and by definition it's from people who have a different opinion to you, Svejk.
Don't know about that, togo. Her husband (who had to resign from his 'charity' job under a cloud) seems happy enough to 'weaponise' her.
naomi, I don't, never have and never will believe a single word the Daily Wail says, but to many it is Gospel !
I was just pointing out that the 'Wail' has changed it's stance, many thousands will follow what it says!
Nothing to say about SAWS, eddie. You were the one worried about crops rotting in the fields.
Most of the issues for which the brexiters are voting to leave will not be affected by leaving. The issues that they haven't considered will be what takes away their rights and makes them poorer. Johnson, Gove and Farage have simply produced a smokescreen of rhetoric and appealed to the most base instincts of the electorate. Nobody knows what the outcome of a brexit will be, my guess is that the law of unintended consequences will have free play to everyone's dismay.
Cut to the quick here why not. Jo Cox was indeed inspirational and amazing......for the illegal immigrant, and faux refugee, would be invader. The virtue signallers have a martyr, they do not have a vision. The death of one should not condemn millions to a living hell of control and manipulation by a few "elite". I am sure I said that the EUssr would find a way to fix or cancel the vote if it was not to their liking. I also said that they will have us worshipping aliens before we it. Just wait.
we know it. (keyboard lag)
The Remainers are not so dumb as to to use Jo Cox to persuade people to their cause. They are better to leave people to draw their own conclusions.

> Jo Cox was indeed inspirational and amazing......for the illegal immigrant, and faux refugee, would be invader

Whereas talk like that will put the Undecideds right off.

> Johnson, Gove and Farage have simply produced a smokescreen of rhetoric and appealed to the most base instincts of the electorate.

Nice image of those three in the Sunday Times today, courtesy of Gerald Scarfe:

In the last TV debate, where you dared to face us, you did so well you're changing all 3 team members for the next one.
How many have we had to change, 0.
And you'll get the same result. A complete tatering.
//They are better to leave people to draw their own conclusions. //

Agreed..... why then did they not do so? Then there would be no unseemly exchange. The Remainians besmirch her life then accuse Brexit of the "crime". Classic filth politics.
