If someone came knocking your door and your neighbour TOLD you that you had to take them in, would you do that? Then a few weeks later another 10 people came and again, your neighbour TOLD you that you had to take then in, would you? ............ Yes, heard of her slightly in that I follow politics a bit and she did make an amusing maiden speech. No, not inspirational, as I did not pay that much attention to her, but her death has brought more attention and it's clear she was unusual and would have made a very good MP had she been allowed to - I wish there were many more like her.

No, but what it does do is draw Undecided voters' attention to a posthumous politician's voice that they probably have not heard before. They have heard politicians like Cameron, Osborne, Corbyn, Johnson, Gove and Farage, but not Cox - and she was in many ways more admirable than the other six I mentioned, and therefore could possibly persuade the Undecideds where they couldn't.
