I imagine her defence might be along the lines of "wasnt me". It really depends how good the CCTV evidence is or whether someone actually identified her. Cases based on disputed ID evidence alone are quite difficult ones.

she was remanded baza. seems a bit OTT to remand for "outraging public decency" - it could be that there's more to this than we're being told.

She's been remanded in custody. She probably had the choice of her own clothes or a prison jumpsuit. As she is of NFA (and presumably has limited access to clean clothes or showering), she may have been persuaded to put something cleaner on.
