I don't know what the legal age of criminal responsibility is in Denmark - and children can be large for their age, so they may be children in the technical sense of the word.

Certainly a savage attack , Mr Anker seems to imply his son's attackers will reach full criminal responsibility at age 15, which does seem late.

Some clear action needs taking to educate and sort this out.

If so, then someone was responsible for them and should be facing consequences. Anyway even children should not be able to get away with anything. They might not be punished as adults but it would be wrong to let them get away with wrongdoing.

It is 15 in Denmark, they did reduce it to 14 but changed back to 15 after protests.
