Thanks Mamyalynne. I can't open the link but I'm sure you are right about it being poor admin and I'm not sure why the company uses this agency so much.
Discrimination is a tricky area. Only yesterday MPs identified that Muslim women were underrepresented in the workplace partly through indirect discrimination, and now this suggests favouritism towards Easter Europeans and youngmafbog has pointed out that there is bias in favour of Muslims in Britain. It's hard to get the right balance
