His politics are a million miles from mine, but who couldn't like Jeremy Corbyn as a person, he is very polite, has a charming smile, rides a bike and lives in an ordinary house.
Oh and he doesn't recognise Ant and Dec and seems to have no interest in the Olympics.
Certainly a man of the people, or at least those who are not interested in such trivia.

/// But if he's not a big telly watcher, it's understandable, in the same way that someone with no interest in football will have trouble naming Man Utd's home ground. ///
Not quite the same thing sp, one is all about recognition while your other is about knowing and remembering a certain football related fact.

Steady on AOG: that's how these people work: they convince you they're "normal" and as soon as they get into No 10 they profess a lifelong devotion to Celebrity Big Brother and an encyclopedic knowledge of sport :-)

Who cares that he doesnt recognize Ant an Dec. it' a positive in my book.
And lest face it the Olympics are trivia for quite a few, just because it doesnt float Jezza's boat (well it is a competition that his left ideals hate) doesnt mean he is a bad person or would make a bad leader(there are plenty of other thing that would stop that!)
