Why does Jeremy Corben refuse to sing the National Anthem, I can't remember seeing the reason in the press.

I am not a supporter of Mr Corbyn, but I do admire his unwillingness to compromise his beliefs because he has come within shouting distance of leadership.
Doing so probably helps to render him unelectable, but to do so would make him a hypocrite - and that is far worse in his view, and in that, I a agree with him.

Mine too. He's an idealist. Nothing wrong with that, but a PM needs to be a pragmatist. He's fine when he's protesting about things, but I suspect would be clueless if he had to be the one actually having to do the things, while others protested about them.
