Politicians make decisions based on acceptable probabilities.
They do not ban immigrants on the low probabilty that they might run people over.

She is not saying that at all. she is not saying the fear is normal, she is saying the crime is normal.

Why oh why do some of you persist in running down a person who is telling the truth to a nation that will not accept the fact that the big experiment has failed ? OPEN BORDER POLICY DOES NOT WORK. Too late now of course, the die is cast, we haven't a clue how many of those that hate us & our way of life have insidiously slipped in to fester amongst us. She says it is normal. Not that it is a fear, or a possibility.
She is using the word 'normal' to tell people who are scared, that they are right to be scared. She is exploiting their fear in a very cynical way.
We have not yet had an atrocity like the one in Cannes and Berlin.
No one has died in the UK from this type of incident, so it is ludicrous to say it is normal.
