welll I am surprised they havent mocked up a statue of liberty "wivart any cloves on"
and giving her one with a machete ( taking a swipe I hasten to clarify )

defended injunctions ( which this was ) in the UK are hardly ever granted ....
the defence was apparently " The president can do whatever he likes " - I cant think what the judge said to that.
I speculate the defence lawyer took instructions " say the president can do whatever he likes..." and thought that if he didnt plead the point as instructed , he would lose his job ever tho he thought the legal point sucked and was bound to fail ....

In the Gazza privacy case - when he had money - a judge asked at the outset -" dont we know the law on this point?" ( injuction refused )

The same paper described 14 year old actress Elle Fanning as 'showing off her womanly curves' whilst dressed as the Statue of Liberty on Halloween in 2012.
In 2013, the paper described 15 year old actress Ariel Winter as 'all grown up'.
So yes - some newspapers wallow in depravity. They are lead by the Daily Mail.

Zacs-Master - if this 'attack' mirrors the responses to AOG's appalling notion that a Chaser on The Chase threw a game because one of the contestants was also a black lawyer, then I think you can expect radio silence for a couple of days, and then he will pop up on another thread as though nothing has happened.
