They should no longer be allowed any more appeals at the tax payers expense, we should not even spend money on their years in prison, they should be put on the first plane leaving the UK for Pakistani.
If due legal process is not followed, then it allows a door to return to be opened.
I am happy for the process to be fully and completely followed, and then when these gentlemen leave the UK, we can be sure that they are not going to return.
Naomi - I always use the term because it prevents me from sliding into the tirade of appalling abuse that is in my mind whenever I think of them - so it's for my benefit only.
If they are deported either during or after their prison stays what happens to the wives and sprogs they have accumulated in Rochdale? If the family was acquired here will they be not be able to slide under the family life provision? Before someone starts, I'm not supporting them, just looking at the whole picture, they can all go to Pakistan for all I care.
