Uk Nuclear Sub Fleet May Never Sail Again?

It seems a fault found on the UK Nuclear submarine fleet is so serious the entire class of ship may never sail again!

These are not the Trident carrying subs but they are needed to service the Trident fleet.
Without these ships we will be forced to rely on other NATO nations to 'help out' by providing service facilities to the Trident fleet!

I do know the has been a long history of problems with the Nuclear fleet . That is too widely reported for it not to be at least part true.
My main point is if we think the government will or should still renew the Trident program?
