Have they gone far enough with the 6Pints + £200 fine? my view for what's it worth, 1 Year Ban, £1000,

These days people think nothing of spending £5-600 on a phone .. why would you not buy one of these to go with it ..

It is voice controlled and eliminates the need to touch it. I have had one for years and wouldn't be without it. When I get a call while driving at least I can answer it and advise the caller that I am driving and will call them back as soon as I find somewhere to pull over.

^ My car and phone both have Bluetooth which links them and it works just as above. When a call comes in it comes over the car radio speakers and I only have to touch the button on the steering wheel and speak to answer. I don't even have to look at the phone as the caller ID is shown on the car's information screen.

I just don't switch my phone on when in the car. It's quite easy because we live in a blank spot so mobile is useless and I forget to turn it on.

^^^ PS it cost me £10 in Tesco's and does all I require...... it makes a phone call (when out of the village) and receives one (ditto).
