I thin that this report may not be the whole story. Its using a picture of someone heating up heroin on a spoon, but the bulk of the article would seem to be about drug abuse of much less serious substances.

But I am not so naive to not be aware of the widespread use of cannabis by the population as a whole.

All the same, if the amount of people being seen by drug and alcohol treatment services is rising, then we should be concerned.

Right ,sorry I thought it was national but again as I said older people are taking cannabis for pain relief people with MS seem to think it helps them and I think it is maybe also used to help people with some kinds of cancer

hmm I think we know what happened to them Mikey
they didnt give up and are dead
or they did give up and er .... are still here

we werent particularly druggie ( 1976 ) but looked to the generation before ( 1970-75) and the serious drug users were dead by 30

kinda by definition - if they werent dead - they hadnt been serious
and we watched and learnt

statistical modelling followed the same as an epidemic
we were the ones that had got immunity/vaccination
