eek me ? I dont write in that style and neither does Nigh. ( sigh) oddly enough I did do mixed martial arts after I thought I would get stabbed outside Hope Hospital ( 1987). So I traipsed up to strangeways after a hard days work and Philip Hughes taught us.E Every week for a few years. He is famous in certain circles ( MMA).

when i took a knife off a stabber in the street - I wrote to him and thanked him for the lessons. He had said all this practice is to know what to do when it occurs perhaps once in your life ....

PeterPedant, have you forgotten you posted that some days ago when I responded by saying I’m actually very fond of languages, but posting in foreign languages on an English speaking website excludes anyone who doesn’t speak other languages from the conversation – and that isn’t nice. In short posting in foreign languages is the height of ill-manners, not to mention a distinct indication of a lack of breeding. Please read the foregoing … and do your utmost to digest it this time. Your nonsensical ‘foible’ is misguided, misplaced - and boringly monotonous.
