I have just read ,online,that Mr Trump insists on riding in the Queens gold coach when he goes meet when making his first meeting with her in October...I could not believe it...who does he think he is???????

That's right. I was actually outside Buckingham Palace when Obama sped by in his armoured wagon in 20111 or whenever it was. But that was done out of recognition of the security concerns that riding in a gold coach would engender.
That sort of consideration obviously does not cross the mind of the Trumpster.
