Ipad Problem

I am having difficulty receiving emails with attachments. I did have a problem sending emails but managed to sort it with talk Talk. But today two people have told me they sent me emails that bounced back to them and both had attachments.
Emails without attachments are coming through ok.
Can anyone help please?
