My usual habit is to go to bed earlier in the evening, but set the alarm for about 21:30-21:45, and then stay up until I can't keep my eyes open any longer.

At exactly 22:00, the result of the Exit Poll will be announced, and that is rarely, if ever wrong.

Watch out for my constituency, Gower, as its the Tories most vulnerable seat with only 27 as a majority !
