As far as I can tell he was jailed for having indicative material - that alone does not make him a terrorist.

No, well I suppose most people have manuals on how to attack nightclubs and airports.
People like this are not conducive to the well being of this country and should, as standard be deported. If they have human rights in their country of origin then tough they should have thought about that before trying to affect the human rights on people in the UK.
