I do believe that every country should have the right to allow entry to whom they please or not as the case may be. It is not for anyone else but them to decide on the criteria for entry. So it is only right that it is US courts that make the decision.

The world would be borderless with one people living on it. As it is there are many countries with their own criteria for entry.
