Good point Barmaid. In any murder you see interviews with relatives who always say '' we had no idea he/she was like that'' and I believe them .
On the other hand they could hardly say ''Yes I knew he was a murdering barsteward'' could they?

There is nothng to suggest that she has been sacked for anything other than not being 'up to the mark' in her job.

The fact that she is the sister of a murdering fanatic could be sheer coincidence.

Therefore, I neither agree nor disagree with her sacking.

it says she was suspended over security fears rather than over not doing her job. She was working in security, however - she'd recently got the job but her husband had been there for years. The Mirror "exposed" them

In the article, Butts' family are said to have have their lives "turned upside down". I'm afraid this comes with the package, as part of the punishment, if you like, for any crime. It is one of the reasons why we endeavour to bring up kids "properly", so the rest of the family can live their lives in peace.
It used to be the case and possibly still is, that if you had a criminal in the family you could not be a Police Officer, no argument.
You could put the question another way: do you think that the family/community of these mass murderers should be unaffected by their monstrous actions?
